Your voice, your plan

Peace is a daily, a weekly, a monthly process, gradually changing opinions, slowly eroding old barriers, quietly building new structures. – John F Kennedy

This weeks topic is surrounded by self-discovery. Who we are, is who we choose to be. Taking the time to discover our truths takes the effort. Self discovery is “the process of acquiring insight into one’s own character.” It’s a process. In other words, it’s a conscious effort made by you. You have control over your own progress.

Asking questions then challenging your answers will help develop a road map – What do I want? What are my beliefs? What are my goals? How am I going to get there? As we move through time, we reveal new parts of ourselves – exposing new layers of who we are through self discovery. Time will stop for no one, so start now. What daily habits are in place get you to your end goal?

You have a unique gift to present this world. How and when you share it is up to you, but it takes the effort. Find your voice. Respect your worth. Make a change. It’s time to take the leap of faith! Or at least a calculated hop towards your goals. You are valuable to this world. It’s time to unlock your full potential. But no one can do it for you. It’s up to you! You are in control.
