Here we go! This weeks core is about health through thoughtful planning and being productive. We all struggle with that nagging voice in our head saying, “I’m not where I want to be in life.” But here’s the thing – we get, what we put in. Whether that refers to the food we eat or the time we use to focus on our health. Whatever the case, the goal is to be consistent with what we know is best for future you.

Sometimes we need to put in the work before it becomes easy. Self discipline and focus will help you achieve your goals. Routines and habits will get you there quicker.
For me, training is my meditation, my yoga, hiking, biking all rolled into one. Wake up early in the morning, generally around 4 o’clock, and I’ll do my cardio on an empty stomach. Stretch, have a big breakfast, and then I’ll go train.- Dwayne Johnson
We all come from different walks of life and live different lifestyles. But! We all have the same opportunity to make a change and the choice to do something different. It all starts with exposing yourself to different theory’s then trying it out. Get creative with time and focus the right energy where it needs to be.
I’m always thinking about creating. My future starts when I wake up every morning… Every day I find something creative to do with my life. – Miles Davis
We’re not all Miles Davis, but we do have control of our time – what we do with it and how we use it. Put in the effort now, so that time is on your side.
You may delay, but time will not.
– Benjamin Franklin
